Delivery,
Refund and Cancellation
How will it be delivered?
All items delivered to a UK address will be despatched using Royal Mail
First Class.
Items delivered to outside the UK will be dispatched by airmail.
Which
countries are included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery
purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses.
How long
will it take to arrive?
For deliveries to a UK address, despatch time is 7-10 working days from
receipt of order.
Delivery
times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.
Refund/Cancellation
We shall endeavour to dispatch goods within 7-10 working days of receipt
of your order. Any item purchased from us, which proves faulty on our
equipment, will be exchanged. We retain the right not to fulfil any order.
Cinema16
DVDs cannot be returned or refunded for reasons specifying format. Please
be sure before you order any items from us that you are able to play them.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you think the delivery of your item/items is overdue, please send our
Sales Officer an email at: sales@cinema16.co.uk
and we will take appropriate action. (Please quote your Order Number)
Privacy
Momac Films Ltd. takes the privacy of your data very seriously. Please
read the following, which describes how we will deal with and safeguard

Momac Films Ltd. will collect your personal data in order to fulfill your
order. On completion of your order, your personal information will be
kept for up to two years.
Your credit
card information will not be kept after your order has been fulfilled.

about our services. We will never sell or pass your data on to a third
